Sarah T. Galbraith, CMP - Partner

Sarah brings more than 15 years experience in event management and marketing. Her background includes 8 years with Hilton Hotels, extensive VIP visit and special event management, and 4 years in web and email marketing. Sarah specializes in the areas of green meetings and accessibility. She has been planning meetings for people with disabilities since 1992. In 2003 Sarah served as VP on the committee to bring the 2007 U.S. Figure Skating Championships to Hershey, PA. She is a recipient of the prestigious Certified Meeting Professional (CMP*) designation and holds a bachelors in education from Susquehanna University.

In her "spare" time Sarah pursues her love of ice dancing and teaches nutrition and wellness classes. Little known facts - - she was born in Rochester, Minnesota and speaks a little Welsh (Croeso!).

Kara E. Dohrman, CMP - Partner

Kara brings a background to Jensar that includes leadership positions in management, membership, education and events with three statewide associations. Her more than 15 years professional experience in the meeting and event management industry includes 3 of the largest trade shows in the nation. She has a proven record of increasing event attendance and net come. She has routinely overseen event budgets exceeding $1 million. She received the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP*) designation in 2002, the highest certification possible in the meeting and convention industry. She holds a bachelors in government from Shippensburg University.

She donates time to women's and childrens organizations, including Girl Scouts of America and local charities. Little known facts - - she is an avid camper, rides hoses and once upon a time coached college volleyball.

Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) Designation *

The CMP designation is held by only 11,000 meeting professionals nationwide and is endorsed by more than 25 industry organizations. Candidates pass a qualification process which requires certain levels of experience. Once qualified, applicants sit for the CMP exam which further measures competency in the field.
